Born Again, Not Porn Again

Q. I have a laptop at home and every time I connect to the net and open a link that I intend to visit, a separate window opens with a porn link. I have Norton anti-virus and have tried running it but it won't take it off. Is there any quick solution of deleting this from the computer?
